Reasons why cpu [system] wont boot

My new PC build won't boot my mobo has a led that lights up for different problems and it said my CPU is the problem

Motherboard : msi z270 gaming pro carbon
CPU:i7 7700k

In the top left of your board there should be connectors that say CPU on them. Make sure those are both plugged in.

If not POSTing, motherboard may need BIOS updating to support Kabylake CPU.

be sure that no CPU socket pins of the motherboard are bent and the CPU fan from the cooler is plugged in too.

The black cap of the CPU socket was removed from the motherboard before finally installing the CPU?

The black CPU cover was removed all the plugs are plugged in I think it needs bios update

That´s a problem then, because your motherboard doesn´t have a feature like BIOS flashback.

Did you clear the CMOS by jumper yet?
