Does anyone know if there is a site to download chessbase files for the
examples in Reassess Your Chess or other Silman books? I'm wanting to
use Fritz to work through the examples.

Have you tried the Ossimitz website?
http://www.uni-klu.ac.at/~gossimit/c/book.htm

It's a treasure trove of useful material, and I think that they have
the Silman books.
