'Reboot and Select Boot Device' Help please !

Hello, so i just finished building my pc and i am having an issue where when i boot up my computer, it asks reboot and select a boot device.

I put in the Window 10 Pro USB to my usb port on the case and it still asks for a boot device so i restart it and keeps showing the same error.

I have a M2. SSD on the motherboard since that's where i want windows to boot up from.

Please help !

is the windows 10 pro usb in a usb 3.0 port?

if it is use a usb 2.0 port
