Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

So this happens everytime i start up my computer i have a ASRock 970 motherboard a MSI r7770 graphics card, 8g ram, Windows 7. At first i was able to bypass this problem my simply going into the bios menu and booting from there but now when i try to do that i get stuck on the starting windows screen, i am a big noob when it comes to this stuff so i have no idea what to do can anyone help me please.
