Reboot and select proper boot device?

I just put together my pc, and have not yet installed any of the disks etc.. Every time I turn on the pc is says "Reboot and Select proper Boot device." I am unsure what this means, and what I need to do In order to fix this. Thanks!

When you power on your BIOS looks for a boot device. If it finds one it boots. If it cannot find a boot device it says..... ""Reboot and Select proper Boot device."

Since you have not installed anything on any of the disks this seems a good message to get.
