I have a 250 GB ssd and 1TB HDD. I installed Windows 10 to the ssd and got everything running smoothly. I realized my HDD wasn't formatted, so I formatted it. Once I did I could not store games on the HDD so I decided to restart the PC. Whenever I turned the PC back on it is just a black screen that says "reboot and select proper boot device" I have put the ssd as the first prioritized boot device and nothing has changed. Any help?

Hi there Crystal Clear,

Have you installed your OS while both drives attached? The MBR could have been installed on the HDD.
My advice would be to perform a clean OS install. Yet, you will need some data recovery tool for DOS(as your system can't boot), so you can back up the data stored on the SSD.

Hope this will help,
