HI everyone,

my problem is that, everytime I turn my PC on. It always says "reboot and select proper boot device" even i have selected my 1st hard disk which have the OS win 10. but when i run the bios and quit I will run the windows.
Already checked my hdd if it is healthy with HDTUNE and its okay. Already change my Sata cable and still reboot and select proper boot device.
what might be the problem here?

would be very thankful to you guys.

specs:
i5-7400
2x4gb 2400mhz geil evo x
msi b250m mortar
1tb hdd (no sdd)

Did you check/replace both the data and power cables to the HDD?

What PSU is installed: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Check Event Viewer and Reliability History/Manager. The logs may be capturing some error code or warning that correspond with the initial boot failure.

Just start typing either "Event Viewer" or "Reliability History" in the "Type here to search" box.

Reliability History is easier to follow and understand. Look for yellow triangles and red circles. But even informational events can be meaningful.
