Question reboot and select proper boot device

I can access windows from pressing f12 (boot options) but it wont save and I cant find the boot option in bios its only giving me 2 options when I should have 3. My windows boot option has no label in boot options(f12) and doesn't show up in bios (del). Can someone help please

As for your platform, if you're able to get into BIOS, check and see what your BIOS version is at the time of writing.
