Reboot device help

Hello I'm new to tomshardware but I'm having an issue with my computer where the reboot and select proper boot device screen pops up. I know normally I just go into my bios but none of my usb connected devices are turning on to be able to go into bios. If anyone could help let me know.

Just if you need it I have a
Msi Z87 G45 Gaming Mobo
i5 4670K
Evga GeForce 970

Also I have no clue what caused it I just went to sleep watching Netflix and woke up to the error.
