Question Reboot during the formating - 1/6 of disc space lost

During the formating process on one of my HDDs, my PC suddenly reboot .I had 37.GB on my HDD, now its only 31.5.
How to restore the rest ?

P.S. I need this one HDD, so dont writte down something like ''buy new one with 100500 GB".

Could you tell us the HDD model number and your system configuration?

IIRC, some older motherboards had a 32GB limitation which could be circumvented with a Disk Drive Overlay (DDO). This DDO lived inside sector 0.
