reboot loop due to virus

My dell latitude d630 has a ransomeware FBI virus, now It has the reboot loop, with blue screen ox0000007B (oxF786524,oxc0000034). I have ran the kaspersky rescue from a usb, but it stills has the reboot loop. Any advice as to what I do next? Thanks

Go here and get the AVG Rescue CD (it is free). Burn to disk and then boot from the CD. Update when asked and perform a full scan of the system. Remove all it finds.
