So i installed windows 10 and all went just perfect with my ASUS r7 260x 2GB graphic card.Windows installed graphic drivers by himself i guess because monitor refreshed few times(black and white black refresh) and pc just restarted by himself and i got stuck in restart loop and not even getting bios screen.tried to repair windows and install it again but the resolution was [censored] up and it was like black and white... I'ts not ram,PSU,cpu,fan.. i tested everything. When i use my integrated graphic i boot my pc just well.Sorry for bad english i hope you can help me..

Welcome to the forums my friend!

Can you confirm what tests you have already completed so we avoid repeating steps? (How do you know it isn't RAM, PSU etc.).
Also what is your PSU make and model?
Is the Windows 10 an official version?
Have you ensured BIOS is to default values?
