Hi guys. I built a new pc around 4 months ago and it runs fine however every week or 2 or every couple of days the pc will shut itself down to a black screen. I then have to hit the reset button on the case to fix the problem. This happens at random times, sometimes twice a week sometimes twice a month or 3 times a day. It has happened in games, on the desktop or just browsing the web. All the hardware was brand new when i bought it and the only thing i have kept from my old build was the graphics card.

Things i have tried:
Enabled/Disabled D.O.C.P and manual set ram speeds.
Reset cmos. This i thought fixed the issue but then it happened 2/3 weeks later.
Changed operating systems from Windows 10 to 11.
Uninstalled/Reinstalled drivers and ICUE Software.
Ran a memory check 1 stick at a time in each slot and both sticks at once and everything passes.
Updated motherboard and graphics card bios.
Checked every cable to make sure nothing was loose.

This is the bluescreen dmp file from windows 10.

Hey, i updated the chipset and also the motherboard bios and the graphics card vbios. The vbios update to the graphics card was to update clockspeed to 1750mhz from 1500mhz. But i done this last year on my old system and had no issues. The problem started around 2 months after building my new pc. Because it only happens randomly sometimes it dont happen for a month or even a week im very confused as what it could be. I do not overclock my system and everything in the bios is default except i have disabled things i dont need like armory crate, audio controller, 2.5gb lan etc. When this happens theres no warning and my pc will just go to a black screen and i have to press the reboot button. One thing i never mentioned but once when this happened all the rgb in my pc flickered for like a second then it was back to normal. Out of the 20 or so times this has happened i only had trouble once where my pc would not boot and had to turn the pc off for awhile but all the other times i just hit restart and its back to normal.

I currently use a hdmi cable on a 1080p 60mhz monitor. I am pretty sure its a reboot because there is no sound or anything and unplugging the hdmi cable or turning the monitor on and off dont do anything. I have to hit the restart button to get back to desktop. I have done alot of searching and it seems the 5600's and also 5700's have issues and i have a faulty gpu?. I only got my graphics card 10th november last year and if i send it for repairs/replacement could take awhile as it was sent to the uk from germany. But if i want this issue fixed i have no other choice. I will order a new hdmi cable just to be sure and i rolled back the vios now so memory speed is back to 1500 and not 1750.

Edit: I even ran linux on my system for around 5 months also and never had this issue once. That is why i thought it was driver/software related at first so i reinstalled drivers and rolled back to older drivers also and it made no difference.
