reboot while gaming

My PC is constantly Restarting while Entering into the Game.There is no error message or without any warning..I have Checked the GPU for error by replacing it with another GPU and I have also reapplied the thermal compound to my CPU...Any Help Would Be appreciated..

MY PC SPECS:
CPU:FX-6300
MOBO:Asus M5A97 R2.0
GPU:Sapphire Radeon 7770 1GD5
RAM:12GB 1600MHz(2x4 Kingston,1x2 Ramaxel,1x2 Hynix)
PSU:Corsair VS450w
CPU Cooler:Cooler Master hyper TX3 Evo
 
Solution
Games put more load on the system, more load =more power needed and the psu cant keep up so it shutsdown(if the bios is set to on or last state then it can restart itself afterwards). Try to get a tier 1 or 2 units of 400w or more, if the budget is a concern you could get away with a tier 3 unit but id go for a slightly bigger unit if you go tier 3 try and avoid tier 4(where the vs is) and definitely avoid tier 5.

Solution
There are 2 options:
1: your psu cant handle the stuff that you do and if your components use too much power your syster will shut down.
2: if you have the older amd chrimson edition drivers there is a change that your gpu fan speed is stuck at 20% that meens that it can overheat eazy and it shuts down your game or pc
