Rebooting during Start up

Hi recently my hardware has been acting up, it has been rebooting during start up and once gave me the blue screen, I was wondering if any of you know whats going on and see if you guys have the same problem. I have recently replaced the PSU suspecting that was the case

My Specs
>Msi Gaming 3 Z97
>Corsair Vengence 8gb
>Msi Twin Forzr Gaming Geforce GTX 750 Ti
>Corsair CX 750watt's
>intel i3 Dual core 3.7 GHZ

Your Cpu cooler might not installed perfectly and it may causing overheating to your pc, so check the cpu cooler if it is nor installed properly then remove it and again try to install the cooler
