My current system is:
Windows 10
Cosmos 1000 Full Tower case with Gigabyte motherboard - Z77-D3H
Intel i5 - 3750k processor
Saphire Radeon R7 250
16Gb memory
Various SSD / HDD storage (ok with these)
Dell 23inch monitor (can keep this)
Power supply - 550W

I need to rebuild as I have had cmos issues (MB is 2011ish era)

Main use is photo / video editing
NO GAMING
Browsing and emails

My questions are:

1. Can I use the current case (Like to have Tower so I can work within it easily)
2. What is a good motherboard to go for?
3. Is 750W supply enough?
4. Happy to switch to Ryzen

Budget (assuming I can use the Cosmos Tower) is about £1,200ish.
