Additional Comments: Quiet is good . Wife pretty much only plays WoW and spider solitaire

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: 2013 build ( i5-4570 CPU / GTX 770 GPU )is beginning to have a few issues like have to run WoW on lower settings and doesn't like MS upgrades

You can reuse the SSD that you already have for your OS/Application drive. If you want you can add a HDD for any bulky storage uses like music or videos.
 
Thank you both for the suggestions . I'm putting together a list from both list partially from what they have in stock right now .
Video card : would a RX 5700 XT make a noticeable difference from a RX 5700 with either of those builds?
