Your Windows PC talks to Microsoft servers you know. If it detects two systems with the same license that's almost certainly a red flag. Otherwise if you'd just swapped out the motherboard with the same CPU that would be considered a "repair build" which is fine. (I found the wording confusing but it sounds like you've built a second PC with the same license which will cause problems). Upvote 0 Downvote
