Rebuilding spare computer

Hey everyone , so I have a computer parts at my girlfriend house that I want to build into steam machine but I only have about 200 bucks . I'm trying to build a pretty small system to for into her entertainment center.Parts they I do have.
Amd 8350
H80
4 gigs 1600 ram
500 watt power supply
I do have a ATX motherboard but I'm trying to build small.

So I need a case graphics card and most likely a motherboard . please forum help me build a small form factor fun box

Will you you be playing games on the PC or will you be using steam streaming to play games? With a great connection steaming works surprisingly well and would save you the cost of a GPU. Heck you could run the PC as is.

mini-itx and even m-atx motherboards for that CPU are non-existent. You If you wanted to build small you would need a new mobo and CPU

I would be building for gaming . so we could play games together . as of right now I am using a steam link to stream steam to her TV. And I didnt know that ... hmmmm
