So I have to know

I have seen tech videos talk about this hackable exploit in Windows Recall that cannot be shut off in Win11

A tech at a local store said this only affects laptops but is there a way to fix it given I heard Recall cannot be turned off?

A tech at a local store said this only affects laptops but is there a way to fix it given I heard Recall cannot be turned off?

Recall is (currently) only applicable to a small subset of laptops.
And, only in beta release for some subset of those.

Also, it is Opt-In, not 'on by default and cannot be turned off'.
