Receive and send wifi simultaneously pc

Brief question followed up by problem description.

Can I, using two separate wifi adapters, receive and send out wifi signal from my win 7 ?

Description :
I live in a big house I connect to wifi through router with wifi repeater mode, as the main modem has to be connected to TV that is opposite side of the house. Only my powerful wifi adapter (ASUS 802.11ac Dual-band Wireless-AC1900 PCI-E Adapter) can receive the signal. Is there a way to send out wifi from my pc to my mobile devices (their antennas are not getting the router signal, as it is too far) ?

I would recommend trying powerline network adapters which would allow your PC to have a wired connection and a WIFI access point (AP) for mobile devices.

There is no possibility to get wired connection. The cable would have to go trought the whole house that would be over 100m.

Did you READ my recommendation ?? Try powerline network adapters -- http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/network-switch-guide,4047.html There is no hard answer on a distance limitation for powerline but I REALLY doubt that your house is the size of a football field (100m)
