receive INFORM & dhcp release help (router logs)

I checked the routers logs and the receive INFORM is showing up every 2minutes,
Google won't show me an answers.

I see dhcp lease is set to 3days but might go every 20minutes?

Try to reserve the "clients" instead. I always do that or just set it static
