So I am currently in a dilemma, 5 days ago I purchased a new gtx970 from a huge computer store in the Uk. After a couple of days I got the package and was really happy with it, the day after that the delivery guy shows up again and hands me over an other box that contains the same card. I checked with my bank etc and found I did actually pay for one and it seems like the extra card is their mistake.

What should I do?
Am I legally bound to send it back?

Thanks

what to do is up to you. they cant do anything about that, thats their mistake, not yours and they wont come up to you to search for that card. great deal you got, make sure twice you havent paid for them both though

basically this the second GPU is in this scenario:

Unsolicited Goods

Goods sent to a person who has not requested them. The person receiving the goods does not have to pay for them. After 6 months the goods become the property of the person who received them. If the receiving party contacts the sender and asks for the goods to be picked up (and they are not), the receiving party becomes the owner of the goods after 30 days. Before the receiving party becomes the owner they must look after the goods and not dispose of them.

You're not obliged to uh, tell them for example it's just frowned upon not to do so.

PS. I hope your motherboard/PSU are good enough to run SLI! 😉

Hahaha yeah they are 😀
