receiving a new motherboard

i am receiving a new motherboard monday ASRock Q1900-ITX i need to know if m471b5273ch0-ck0 memory will work in it or if i need to get different memory

It should probably work. It is not a qualified part. It is a 1333 SO-DIMM. That is a supported config for that motherboard. All you can do is try it.

this board appears to be a very limited one. states only one processor supported, though that may be an oversight. it could be any Celeron J1000 series.
only 2 RAM DIMMs, no PCIe x4/x16 slots available for GPU or add-on cards.

Intel® Quad-Core Processor J1900 + Mini-ITX Motherboard .
this is the one i am getting.
