Receiving no POST, need CPU

So about a month or so ago I built a new computer. Long story short, a screw got caught under my mono which fried it. Got another mobo but still no POST beep. I've done the majority of the tests on the stickies post so I'm pretty sure this is the problem. My question to everyone is, what is the cheapest CPU I can use temporarily to boot my computer that can run League of Legends? That's the build I'm currently working with. I've been tinkering and troubleshooting for weeks so any help is greatly, hugely appreciated, I just want this thing to function.

-you dont need an apu cpu if you have a graphics card heres a 6-core processor which is alot better.
-WD caviar blue 1tb is better and cheaper.
-heres an 8gb ram at faster bus speed.
-the psu should power fine but do not upgrade newer stuff with it.
