Good evening everyone my name is Waqas, and great looking to meeting you guys on this forum.
Now before I start to explain my issue, I was not sure if this is the right thread to post my topic.
I seriously need some assistance with resolving this issue, that I am having on my RIG computer. On Google Chrome whenever I load up a website, I receive these unnecessary and infrequent errors, such as "the webpage is not available", "unable to connect to proxy server", and no data received". I started getting those errors like three weeks ago. My internet connection is not the reason for this occurring, this RIG has high quality performance components. I just started to mange to get Firefox working fine, after unselected no proxy in setting. A lot of network messages pop up, so I really think there is something wrong with the temps, or network files. Please if anyone is willing to contact me via Skype or GotoMeeting, that would be great. I rather have someone help me, with this by quick communication and solutions.
Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.

Install IObit Uninstaller: http://www.iobit.com/advanceduninstaller.html on your PC. Now open programs and features, select Google Chrome, and then instead of Clicking 'Uninstall', click on 'Powerful Uninstall'. When the default chrome uninstaller launches, select 'Delete preferences and settings' (or something like that). Now after the chrome uninstall, the IObit Uninstaler will automatically start powerful scanning. When the powerful scan is complete, it may show a list of Registry items and files. Select all of them and click on Delete. Now restart your computer.
Next, run a cleanup application like CCCleaner or Advanced SystemCare (which I use), to clean useless registry & junk files.

Now install latest chrome version from here...
Thank you Paul, much appreciated. This is a very infrequent issue I am experiencing. I tried uninstalling Chrome, and I re-installed and still the issue remains. I managed to get Firefox working normally, by going into setting and selecting "no proxy" It works fine, after that. However, It the entire browser crashes after like three minutes. This is real strange because, this is happening on a recently assembled RIG, which includes CPU Intel Core i7-4770K, GPU EVGA 04G-P4-2768-KR, and MB ASUS MAXIMUS VII. The thing that's awkward, is that in Chrome setting I deselect the "use a proxy server for your LAN" and I click OK, then when I check back, the changes did not go into effect.

If still it is showing the 'nonsensical' errors, run the following command in an elevated (administrator) command prompt:
netsh winsock reset
And restart your PC.

Still if its not working, run this command in an elevated command prompt:
netsh int ipv4 reset
NOTE--Change 'ipv4' to 'ipv6' in the above command if you are using an ipv6 connection.

Now try to open the websites which showed the nonsensical errors. :)
