I'm having problems connecting to game servers or updating any of my apps. I can browse the web and watch videos, just can't connect to league, steam, etc. It happened about a week ago when I had to force shutdown my computer since it froze. When i turned it back on, I couldn't connect to any of my games.

My computer is the only one with the problem though. Every other computer connected to the internet works perfectly.

I've tried factory resetting my router already but didn't do anything. I have router firewall enabled but idk if that's the problem. Here's my ipconfig /all

I've tried disabling my pc firewall but it didn't do anything. I think this might be related to the problem thou
"The system detected an address conflict for IP address 192.168.0.100 with the system having network hardware address 5C-AF-06-70-B5-C2. Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result." (Was in my event viewer)
