[SOLVED] Recent game crashes/bsod while playing games

Hello, I’ve been experiencing random bsod and game crashes while playing games. It happens more often while playing overwatch compared to other blizzard games. I just recently upgraded my gpu and added 2x8gb ram. I’m not sure if I need to upgrade something on my computer or if there’s something wrong with it.

MoBo: asrock taichi x370
Cpu: amd ryzen 5 1600
Gpu: nvidia rtx 2060
Ram: 4x8gb gskill flare x ddr 4 3200
Hdd: wd black 1tb
Ssd: Samsung 850 evo m.2 250gb
Psu: EVGA 650w g2 supernova
Any other information needed just let me know, appreciate any help

Different kits of ram are not guaranteed to work together despite being same brand/speeds/timing

^ Seconded on Johnsononer, another thing to look at would definitely be graphics drivers , make sure they are up to date. If your drivers are up to date, then try to downgrade to an older/stable one.

Yes I’ve done complete uninstall/ reinstall of the graphic drivers, it there a way to check if my ram is not working? I ran windows memtest and went into bios to make sure all 32gb were recognized. Thank you

Also how do I tell if the ram is compatible if the same exact style and brand isn’t compatible

Simple. Take out the kit of ram you added, only leave in the ram from before your upgrade. If it works, there’s your problem
