okay so lately ive recently been having perfomance issues which i believe is related to my CPU somehow.
When playing some games i have had no issues with in the past my cpu seems to overheat rapidly.
When not doing much my core temp is around 40 degrees which i believe is ok, but some games causing temerature to exceed 80 degrees which then cuts power to the pc immediately. This seemed to happen suddenly and have done everything i can think of to resolve it.
My CPU is AMD FX-8370 4.3Ghz

im just lost right now, as i dont know what else to do. CPU isnt even that old, less than a year
Any advice is welcome, also let me know if u need any other information
