recent win10 features update

after the recent windows 10 features update a mysterious 400 mb drive has appeared which is full and my windows explorer constantly keeps on giving me notification to clean it ... please help to some of to get rid of this drive..

nothing its empty and no hidden files either

so it full but empty. what the disk management said?

on my system, the updated created a new drive, but it's now since, disappeared(upon completion of the update). If the drive is at the end of your drive letters, it's probably the update and something didn't quite go right with your update. I'd suggest un-installing the update and trying it again.

may i ask how to uninstall and reinstall it ?

Go to windows settings. Then go into Update and Security. Then click on view update history. This screen will tell you if the update installed correctly and has the button to uninstall the update. If it's installed correctly, then you have to decide if you want to leave it and figure another way around this problem, or simply uninstall and let windows try again.
