Recently bought a new PC, Suspect that it is underperforming

I recently bought a PC with
i7-8700k
GTX1080 Ti
16GB DDR4 RAM

and it seems to be dropping frames in games such as ow even when running on low settings

If you could give us some more details to go from we might be able to assist you more. What kind of frame rate are you seeing and at what resolution are you playing?

I would download a program called Open Hardware monitor.

Leave it running while you play games in the background after your finished playing games.

It will have recorded temperatures voltages fan speeds etc..., this will give you a good idea of what might be
holding your computer back or causing the frame drops.

Also in Overwatch setting turn down resolution scale to 100 % if you havent already.

Thanks i asked some people on why it might be dropping and apparently it had to do with my RAM underperforming even when its 2666Mhz
