Hello, I recently built my computer on a MSi Z370 sli plua MoBo, and the usb slots are occupied with a Razer keyboard, mouse and headphones.

1, the razer peripherals are glowing and I am typing on the keyboard and using the mouse.
2. synapse doesn't seem to read/show any of the three peripherals on it's list.
3, all flash drives I am trying to connect, on the case itself, and on the keyboard that has a usb slot, none seem to be readable.

so my issue is that even though the peripherals seem to work, I cannot see them in synapse, and I cannot make the PC read any Pen drives.

I installed all the MoBo Drivers from the disc it came on, Im not sure if I have to install additional stuff.

any ideas?

Did you do a clean install? The drivers etc on the MSI site maybe more recent than whatever is on the cd/dvd

I wouldnt installer super charger. if it's as bad a ASUS Aicharger and Gigabyte On/Off,it'll crash the system sooner or later

I wouldnt install Intel Extreme Tuning either

Are you saying that all the USB slots are doing the same thing, or are the slots on the motherboard in the back of your pc doing something different from those on your case?

If it's brand new just installed system it's a bit troubling. I assume you did not touch any usb related setting s in bios or power management? If you're using windows download and install all updates and reinstall/update drivers from the msi site for your motherboard:

http://

Some of them are probably updated already since I saw few with 29.12 date.
