Recently built Gaming PC freezes all the time!

It doesn't happen while I am just gaming, It happens within 10-20 minutes, my software says it is not overheating, I don't believe its a graphics card crash either. Sometimes it makes a noise when it crashes, sometimes it does not. No error messages popup at all either. If I can't figure it out I'm going to have to take it in but this is my last resort to fix my problem.
I'm pretty sure everything runs fine with eachother, however I am starting to think I have defective hardware or something along those lines. I can't think of anything I cheaped out on.

HDD: Seagate 3TB 6G/bs 64MB cache.
Ram: Corsair Vengeance pro 16GB 8x2 2400MHz
CPU: AMD 9590 8 core 4.7GHZ
OS: Windows 8.1
PSU: Corsair Gold certified 1000W
Cooling System: NZXT Kraken X61 280MM Rad
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 120gb
Optical Drive: Lite-on 24x Sata drive
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6G/bs
GPU: AMD Radeon 390X

UPDATE: Fan on PSU is not spinning. I believe it is overheating, is this something nt plugged in or a faulty one?

Probably faulty. It should turn on no matter what. Does it not turn on period, even under load?

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Going to test with paperclip after work and find out then ship off for warranty

Would the PSU be super hot to touch with the hand? Or would it be too well insulated to feel 80% of it?
