Hi,
Try the following tests so we can narrow down the list of problems it could be facing.
Test 1:
Assemble everything expect the graphic card and ensure that everything is plugged correctly with the PSU. Leave the case open and plug the PSU in the wall socket and turn the wall socket switch on.
Do not switch on from the case. Do you notice any lights coming out from the motherboard?
Test 2: If the LEDs are lit on the motherboard
Try to switch it on. If the computer wont start ensure
that the case power button is plugged correctly on the motherboard. If the computer did start,
it should beep, notifying that you don't have a GPU installed. If in that case, power off and switch off from the wall socket, install the GPU, and see if everything is working correctly.
Test 3: If the LEDs are
NOT lit on the motherboard
The problem is either with the PSU or the motherboard. Try to use another PSU (ensure that is has enough power) and go back to Test 1 and 2. If the new PSU didn't lit the LEDs on the motherboard, it could be either a
defect in the motherboard or you installed incorrectly.
Could you also provide the name of the GPU and PSU? And did you use standoffs between the case and the motherboard?
Regards,
Brandon
