So as of right now I'm playing on a budget pc while I'm building my actual gaming PC. A couple weeks ago I was playing CSGO on mainly high settings with no problems. The game ran surprisingly smooth for the rather low-end cpu I have. But now pretty much all of my games have a slight stutter which makes it hard to play games like CSGO. I tried putting the game on even the lowest settings and I still get a slight stutter. The only thing that i could think of that may be a cause is I put a different version of Windows 10 on my computer. (Went from Windows 10 Education to Windows 10 Pro) But could that actually be a reason? I've looked up reasons for stuttering in games and I've gotten A LOT of different answers.
