Recently my Predator Helios 300 stopped playing any games at a good preformance.

A few days ago I was running everything fine, Overwatch, LoL, HotS, you name it. For some reason now nothing runs as fluid and I cant even play overwatch. Please help I just bought this PC.

New PC: likely some third party app that was okay (maybe) and got updated and now not playing well with other software.

Do update your post to include PC hardware specs and OS.

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe what you system is doing.

First boot, open either Task Manager or Resource Monitor. Just watch and "explore" the tool to learn how to navigate about and get a sense of the information being provided.

Second, slide the window to one side but leave open.

Third, game as normal and watch for changes in the window. Likely you will spot what is changing and what may be causing the change.

Some app trying to update, backup, phone home, scan the system, etc..

Go through the process 3 or 4 times to ensure consistency and perhaps discover some pattern in the PC's behavior.
