so yesterday night i accidentially spilled a bit of soda on the top of my pc and it got on my graphics card (the top of my pc is meshed so thats how it got in) and i wanted to know if theres anyway i could possibly fix this? everything runs fine, except now i get 20 fps on woW maxed when i used to get 175+, and 40 on a minecraft shader pack when i used to get 350. And how would I make sure that only the graphics card was damaged? Thanks.

Solution
Well the first thing to do in this situation is... not to turn on the PC. I assume that you've already turned it on as you wrote that you get 20 FPS. That's not a good thing. First, disassemble the PC, remove the graphics card, carefully use a moisturised handkerchief (I am not sure if that's the correct word for this in English, but you get what I mean) to clean any possible remains of the soda. After that lay the card off to dry for about a week and then reinstall it. Meanwhile, you can test the other components separately. I assume your CPU has integrated graphics so it should be easy to run it without a GPU. Anyway, if I were you, I'd definitely call a technician to look at it at the very least.

It seems like your Graphics card is dead. If not worse, the PCI e slot.

In the case it is dead or somewhat functional. Here are 2 theories I have. 1. Half functional GPU. Yes this might be near to impossible. But it's just a silly theory that came in my mind. Since the card is half functional. It cannot work like it's supposed to. So overall component damage and worse performance.

Second theory: Dead GPU. Computer uses integrated graphics card in the cpu.

I think your GPU is dead. This might be possible as if the entire card failed. The computer wont recognize it and it will use the Igpu instead. An Igpu (not anything apple related) or Integrated graphics card is a part of your CPU that "acts" or "pretends" to be a gpu. It is much slower and it is not intended for gaming. For example. I have an nvidia GTX 970. And my cpu is intel core i5-4690k. My igpu is intel hd 4600.
