Recessed patch panel suggestions?

So, I've wired my entire home with cat6 in carlon resi-gard tubing. Most fun I've ever had.

I'm finishing the final few hundred square feet of out basement (90% of area is already finished). I decided to buy a wall mount rack for patch panel, etc. I already have a 42u rack for freenas, myth and other noisy boxes as well as ups and switches.

My question is this: I framed my storage area 24" o.c. with metal in a few spots where passing under obstacles above (16" everywhere else). Instead of wall mounting, I'd like to recess my 3u of 19" patch panels into the 10" cavity I left for the addition of future plumbing for a basement bathroom. All af the resi-gard terminates in one of these areas, so access is no issue.

Does anyone make a 3u or larger telco style rack that can be roughed into framing before I hang my final sheet of drywall? I'd think that using gang boxes with keystone jacks wouldn't be the only flush solution!

I managed to find a recessed panel through anixter, but not sold in the US. Trying to order from the UK.

That twist lock patch is really nice! I didn't realize they made structured wiring stuff that big! Thanks for the suggestion!
