Recognize Iomega 2 hard disks on one computer

Hello,
I have added another Iomega 2TB external HDD to an already existing one - however the laptop does not show both - only one even if plugged to a different USB port. (I have 3 ports) hoecan they be worked on simultaniously? many thanks, michael

thanks fzabkar - this pointed me in the right direction. it seems I needed to change the drive letter, as system chose the same letter to new one as the older one - creating this conflict. Many many thanks again. it works fine now.
