geforce rtx 2080ti
liquid refrigeration for the processor
mainboard maximus xi hero
64 GB Ram
PSU RM 1000x

i would like to buy an UPS that is as silent as possible, wich one could i buy ? im planning to spend like $500 maximum.

Solution
"liquid refrigeration for the processor " is to generic for even a guess at what you need.
Also will need a list of all components inside the PC, add in cards, drives... As well as any Overclocks, those can easily double your power draw.

Of pick up a kill-a-watt meter and measure your max power draw from the wall of all the equipment you want to run on the UPS.

UPS will give you enough time to shutdown safely, don't expect to keep gaming when the lights go out.
