[SOLVED] Recomended Desktop Camera for <$100

I'm sure this question has been asked a gazillion times - if there is a stickie or review somewhere please give me the link. This will be for video conferencing and needs to sit above the monitor in the hutch so can't attach to the screen (until things change). Was thinking of Logitech but there are a million of those to choose from . . .
