As you see they recoment 306W for

- GTX 1050
- Pentium G4560
- 1x Crucial DDR4 8GB 2400MHz
- ASROCK B250M-HDV or Gigabyte INTEL B250

And because it recomends 306W PSU, is it ok if I buy the cheapest 400W PSU from a trusted brand? Because after hours of searching Im just going in circles.

Here is the cheapest PSU I found

ANTEC VP400PC EC
Corsair VS450 PSU
Fortron Hexa Plus 400W (idk is this a trusted brand)

2. And if you want you can help me with chosing the PC Case with these components (the cheaper the better)

3. This is for my friend, my PC was a total mistake of components and on top of that my fans were always 100% I think? And I heard a motherboard with the correct pins can help there, so just say if the motherboard is good. Thank you :)

I would personally recommend the corsair PSU. You can never go wrong with a little too much power, and you'll ensure the system runs fine. I've had nothing but luck with corsair so I give them a strong recommendations.

As for the PC case, I just went for a cooler master HAF 912 myself. Does a good job, relatively roomy. Not huge but not small. Kinda heavy, a lot of silver metal (no black metal on the inside) but it is only $60 and does a great job.

I guess I don't understand which motherboard you have. Fans wise, they are going to run at 100% unless they are plugged into a fan controller or into the CPU Fan header (CPU Fan header is the only one that is going to change based on performance).

How to know if the motherboard has the pin things that can controll the fan speed? lets say one fan intake and one to get stuff out (air)

Btw the first letters on 450 is VS and the 400 is VP whats the diference

btw the full motherboard names are
ASROCK B250M-HDV, Intel B250, DDR4, M.2, PCI-E 3.0, HDMI, DVI-D, D-Sub, USB 3.0, mATX, s. 1151
Gigabyte INTEL B250 (Socket LGA1151,2xDDR4,DVI-D,D-Sub,1xPCIEX16/2xPCIEX1,USB3.0/USB2.0, 6xSATA III/LAN) mATX

If you know a motherboard as cheap as those with the fan controll thingy pls tell me 😉

Definitely not! Wattage is one thing, though power supply quality is a lot more important. Every brand sells some garbage that can damage your components.

Look for a Corsair CXM/CX (grey label), be Quiet Pure Power 10 400w+, Cooler Master MasterWatt, Xilence Performance A+, Cooler Master GM, Antec VPF, be Quiet System Power 9 as budget oriented PSUs depending on your location
