Recomended upgrades on this PC?

Solution
First thing I would suggest is a hard drive, unless you're planning on running the computer without one.

That power supply is not EVGA's best work: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Maybe you won't get one in the very top of the list if you're being budget conscious, but at least try to get from the top of tier 2, like some of these:

bottom one would be if you're considering crossfire later, probably one of the best price/quality deals available right this minute.

Beyond that, a more powerful video card is probably where your money would be best spent, though the one you have isn't terrible; crossfire later could be an option if money is tight now.

Thanks. Oh, and I have a 500gb SSD sitting here at home I'm going to use, so I'm good there.

lol, I wondered if that was the case, but sometimes people really do that. :)

Would also agree that if you can spare the extra $50-$75, the 8320 or 8350 would be a better processor. But for building the best machine you can on a super-tight budget, the one you've got would be hard to beat.

Alright, sweet. I'm curious, what would be better? The machine I showed you, or this one? I may get it from a friend for about 1000 dollars, so yeah. Would it be worth the money, or would you stick with the one I built?
