Recommand a Good 1920x1080 Monitor

I will be building a gaming/programing/slight video editing PC and was looking for a good quality 1920x1080 moniter. I'm looking for something preferably 23-25 inches, LED backlight, less then 5ms response time and a refresh rate of 60hz. I plan on using either a HDMI or DVI connection.
