[SOLVED] Recommend a 2x16TB HDD Bay with offline cloning function...

My budget is around $50 CDN. Right now I am looking at this... Is this a good bay ?

Even if it works as advertised - just think what will happen if you swap the drives when using off-line clonning function.
And reading reviews - I would not buy it at all for other functions.
