Recommend a good ADSL modem/router

I am suffering from my thomson tg 585 adsl modem router.
It powers off on it's own and it's laggy.

I really need to buy a new good adsl modem/router ('g' or 'n' any will do).

-I have 3 devices total (1 wired, 2 wireless)
-I want fast responce time since I play online games
-Something stable and good.

Consider a DLS modem and a separate router. Combination units always have issues. . .

I would contact your ISP to see if the device you are buying will be compatible with their system
