Yeah, pretty much all of the PSUs in the top tiers of the list above will meet these requirements (well, not all will be under $200).

PSUs are almost always "true" single-rail because there's only one source of +12V power. Most quality aftermarket PSUs won't split up the single-source +12V into multiple "pseudo" rails; you saw this more in the past because old ATX specs required the +12V to be split up into rails that didn't exceed 20 amps.
