Recommend a power supply

I have a Gigabyte ma790x-ud4p with a Phenom II x2 555. I need a PSU that provides the ATX 12V 2X4 plug.
Im looking at only spending around 30 to 40 dollars on the PSU. Any suggestions?

^ need more info as mi1ez said. At that price, hope you're looking at a low power system. Don't go low quality just to save a couple bucks.
