Recently i was trying to crossfire my R7 370 but I notice that my CPU can't work on crossfire for my R7 370 so which CPU should i upgrade to?

Solution
Correct. CF on a 16x/4x board is possible, but CF seems to be going away with newer games. Better to just get one good card than trying to get two new ones to work.

My currently step up was list below

Motherboard : A88X gaming
CPU: A10 7850K
Ram : Corsair CML16GX3M4A1600C9 Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB)
1 SSD 120GB
GPU : R7370 Strix DC2OC - 4GD5 X2
PSU: Corsair VS650

What CPU are you running? What makes you think "my CPU can't work on crossfire"? It's supported by the board. Badly in your case seeing as your second 16x slot is electrically wired for 4x. If you want to do CF well, you need a new board and CPU and ram. I personally wouldn't run CF.

which r9 series is better for gamming? like PUBG

To be honest, the R9s aren't even that good anymore. I have a 7950/R9 280. A coworker recently was selling his GTX 970 recently and myself and another coworker were considering buying it. He built a low end system recently and bought a 560. With us looking online we decided the 970 was 96% faster than his card, and about 80+% faster than mine. Meaning my 7950, drawing ~200+W, was only 10-15% faster than his 560 which doesn't even draw 100W. Yes, mine is faster, but not in any meaningful way.

What I'm trying to say is that considering the frame rates and power draw, you are better off just getting the newest card you can. R9s are old, newer low end cards are just as good. I've considered what to do if my card dies and even low end cards like the 1050 or 1050TI are faster than the R9 280. And use less power. Which R9 is best for gaming/PUBG? None.
