I have about $3,000 to spend on a gaming computer. I will not be streaming/editing or anything just pure gaming and entertainment.
 
So if you need 4k, you have to go 2080/2080ti - since nothing else will give you the real power you need. Although a Vega 7 will, it's still not as good as it should be.

There are things below you can change to make it cheaper if you wish. But should be a decent 4k machine.
